OUR ORIGINS

Our roots go back to Gene Vallace a man with a taste for fine food and a dream to have his own restaurant.  Smoked Prime Rib was a house speciality and where our love of amazing Barbecue began.  As a former chef and connoisseur of both great BBQ and great Chile Peppers it was only natural that we developed a great recipe and process for all natural and flavorful smoked nuts and other great snacks.
